What should I do if I received the wrong, damaged, or missing books?
Please contact support@gnmkids.com before returning anything if:
- You received a different series or bundle from the one ordered
- Books or sets are missing
- The books arrived damaged
- You received duplicate sets that do not match the confirmed order
Tell us which titles, series, or quantities you expected and what arrived. Include clear photos of the books received, the packaging, the shipping label, and the packing slip when available. If you have already supplied this information, reply in the same conversation rather than sending it again. You do not need to photograph items or a package that never arrived.
Some orders may have more than one shipment. We will check the items and tracking for each shipment and compare what arrived with the confirmed order and provide the appropriate replacement, return, or resolution instructions. Do not pay to return an incorrect or damaged shipment unless our support team instructs you to do so.
If the confirmed order shows that duplicate quantities were selected by mistake, the regular 30-day physical-product return policy applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Photos of the affected books, parcel, and shipping label help us determine whether the issue occurred with the carrier or our logistics team. You do not need to resend photos you have already shared in the conversation. We will confirm any replacement after it has been arranged.
Digital products — no refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products, including printable coloring books, downloadable files, and other digital resources, due to the nature of digital purchases. Digital products are not eligible for our voluntary 30-day return or money-back policy, which applies only to eligible physical products.
Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. If you have trouble receiving, downloading, or opening your purchase, contact support@gnmkids.com so we can help with access.
For orders containing both physical and digital products, the voluntary return policy applies only to eligible physical items. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or remove rights relating to purchases made under earlier terms.
