How do I cancel or change an order?

Contact support@gnmkids.com as soon as possible if you need to:

• Cancel an order
• Remove an item or reduce a quantity
• Correct the shipping address
• Change the books or bundle selected

An order may be cancelled while it has not yet shipped. Changes may also be possible before shipment, but they cannot be guaranteed once processing is underway.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you no longer want the order after shipment, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
