Preorder: With Jesus, Series 1 in French
The collection is available for preorder only. Orders will be shipped from December 1st to 7th, 2026.
What does the collection include?
Eleven physical softcover books, illustrated in color and entirely in French, recommended for children ages 3 to 8.
When will I receive my order?
The first week of December 2026 corresponds to the shipment. Delivery follows and depends on the carrier and destination. We do not guarantee an arrival date. You will receive an email with tracking upon shipment. The lack of tracking before this period is normal.
When do I pay?
Full payment is collected at the time of preorder.
What are the prices and destinations?
The collection costs 97 CAD in Canada and 69 EUR in France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Monaco. Shipping is free to these five destinations. Applicable taxes are indicated at checkout.
How do I modify or cancel a preorder?
Write to us as soon as possible at support@gnmkids.com with your order number and relevant details. Our team will verify the situation and confirm the next steps for your request. A request does not confirm that a change or cancellation has already been made. After shipment, contact us to find out the return procedure.
Can I return the books?
Our voluntary policy allows you to request the return of physical books within 30 days of their delivery. This period begins upon receipt of the books, not at the time of the preorder payment. The books must be in acceptable physical condition. For a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us before any return to receive instructions. If a book is damaged, incorrect, or missing, our team will review your request. Your applicable legal rights remain unchanged.
How do I get help in French?
Write in French to support@gnmkids.com or in the store chat. Telephone service is currently offered in English. If a conversation is already open, continue it to keep the history of your request.
