Do you offer memberships or subscriptions?

We do not currently offer memberships or subscriptions. Our book purchases are one-time orders.

If you see an unexpected charge, contact support@gnmkids.com. Share the merchant name shown on your statement, the charge date and amount, and any relevant order confirmation. Do not send your full card number, security code, password, or banking login.

We will compare the charge with the available order records. A charge may relate to another company, but the merchant and payment details need to be checked before drawing conclusions. An optional add-on purchase is not evidence of a subscription.
